One of the new Rome release features that I have personally been most excited about, Mobile App Builder, is now available! Built on the Now Experience UI Framework, the organizational layout and ease of navigation in the Mobile App Builder facilitates a faster and more intuitive creation of ServiceNow mobile components. Some benefits are:
Organization of records in a hierarchical layout of records for easy access and reference. Streamlining of mobile configurations by: guiding users to appropriate record relationships, preventing invalid configuration choices, and auto-populating fields when creating child-record relationships.

Quebec continues to enhance the mobile client features with some really cool stuff that will increase adoption to your end users. Here are a few of my favorites (and what I am most looking forward to when GA becomes available.)
Advanced Search (AI Search) AI Search provides a more consumer-like experience across the platform. It is available on the instance as well as the mobile platform to produce more accurate search results than the traditional (Zing) keyword based search.
The Paris release brought many new features and enhancements to our Mobile functionality on the Now Platform. This post will highlight the top features in Paris that ServiceNow developers should be aware of.
Mobile Filter Enhancement Before Paris, any filtering users did in the mobile application in lists and map applets happened on the client-side. That meant that they could only filter against the columns shown in a list and the data in the current pagination.
It’s Paris mobile week here on the developer blog, and my favorite new mobile feature in Paris is Actionable Push Notifications. These actionable push notifications allow the mobile app user to take an action by hitting a button on the notification itself without having to open the app or a browser. The most obvious use case for this is being able to approve or reject an approval directly from a push notification, similarly to how notification mailto templates have allowed you to approve directly from an email for a long time.
